To Borrowers:
We help minimize the "red tape" required to obtain an SBA Loan. We have extensive knowledge of the various programs available, but specialize in the SBA's 7(a) Program. We work closely with you, the borrower to help you with the required forms needed for the application. We then create the entire package/application for you and the lender.
To Lenders:
Funding Resources, LLC is your outsourced SBA department. We maintain relationships with numerous financial institutions, all of whom are both advocates of and participate in the SBA Programs. If requested, we provide assistance with determining borrower eligibility, guidance in the structure of the loan, as well as extensive knowledge of the rules and regulations.
Package Closing: We ship or mail completed package to lender, then lender will conduct package closing with borrower.
