To Borrowers:
We help minimize the "red tape" required to obtain a SBA Loan. We have extensive knowledge of the various programs available. Initially, we offer options to determine eligibility of your loan request, as well as, if necessary, identify a lender who would be interested in you and your business. We prepare all required forms, work with your lender, giving you more time to focus on your business.
To Lenders:
We maintain relationships with numerous financial institutions, all of whom are both advocates of and participate in the SBA Programs. If requested, we provide expertise in the structure of the loan, as well as extensive knowledge of the rules and regulations.
Package Closing: We conduct a package closing upon completion usually at the lender's location.
